PoliciesThe Park of Roses is a Columbus city park, with free admission and free parking, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible. There are no food or gift concessions or vending machines in the Park. Public restrooms are available week days from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Portable toilets are placed near the parking lot in spring and summer. Dogs are welcome, provided they are leashed and under control. Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s waste. Outdoor drinking fountains can be used to fill water Picnicking on the lawns is allowed, but alcohol is not permitted in city parks.
